Today, we are incredibly proud to announce our newest project: a revolutionary council housing development designed from the ground up for absolute safety, community resilience, and complete self-sufficiency.

Total Energy & Water Independence

When the grid goes down, this building stays powered. We have designed the housing to be completely off-grid and self-sustaining, ensuring that energy blockades or sudden blackouts are a thing of the past for our residents.

• Rooftop Solar Power: The building is topped with high-efficiency solar panels.
• Energy Cooperative: We operate as a spółdzielnia energetyczna (energy cooperative). This means the community generates, stores, and shares its own power, keeping lights on and heating running independently of the national grid.
• Advanced Water Purification: Water is a precious resource. Our closed-loop purification system treats wastewater and gray water on-site. This reclaimed water is then safely repurposed for flushing toilets and irrigating the building’s plant life, drastically reducing external water dependency.
• Thermal energy storage, based on state on Phase Transition.
• Electrical energy storage, UPS, to allow all the critical utensils to work despite the energy blackout.

The Rooftop Glasshouse: Food Security in the Sky

We believe that true independence includes food security. The entire top floor of the building has been transformed into a sprawling, climate-controlled glasshouse.

Filled with fresh vegetables, herbs, and edible plants, this space provides residents with a year-round supply of fresh, hyper-local produce. Nourished by our gray water recycling system, the glasshouse is both a practical food source and a peaceful green oasis for the community.

The Bunker: Safety Meets Community

One of the most innovative features of this project lies at the groundfloor of the building is a fully reinforced, secure bunker.

While built to the highest safety standards to protect residents in the event of war or severe emergencies, a bunker shouldn’t just sit empty waiting for a disaster. During peacetime, this secure space operates as our House Club, where local community can meet their guests, where we can sell goods from the glasshouse, where the local kinder garden could be based.

Run by the foundation, the club serves as the beating heart of the community—a place to gather, socialize, and build relationships. If a crisis ever strikes, the transition from community hub to safe haven is seamless.

Affordable, Accessible, and Supported

Innovation like this is often reserved for luxury real estate, but we are flipping that script. This is council housing, meant for the people who need it most.

• EU Defense Subsidies: The construction is heavily subsidized by a specialized European loan designed as a budget against war. By tapping into funds aimed at bolstering civilian resilience and defense, we can offer these apartments at incredibly low, affordable costs.
